| Comic Books |
Haunted, Break The Line,
Cerebus, Ultimates 1 &
2, The Waiting Place, Gunsmith Cats, those 'Robot' manga anthologies.
Pretty much anything drawn by Jason Alexander. The first 4 issues of
'Generation X' were perfection. |

Range Murata draws some really pretty pictures, but I always feel
like kind of a perv looking at them. |

11"x17"
Pen & Ink. 2009
This is a pin-up I did for a
comic created by Dustin Carson called "No Gods". The
character's name is Gorgeous Gal and represents the Wonder Woman
archetype. I don't normally do the big titty/skimpy outfit thing, so
I jumped at the chance. Original design by Armando Abeleda.

I did these with the idea of
maybe turning them into prints and selling them, but didn't for
various reasons. They're kind of amusing. I'll probably still do it.

Pencil. 2001
These hideous sample pages
were taken from "Showcase '96" #6. I know I did a first
page for this, but can't seem to find it. I don't remember ever
sending these in or anything. I have a number of old samples like
this, but I'm not sure even popular demand could get me to put them
up here. |

10"x10"
Mixed Media. 1998
I did this sometime in high
school. The assignment was to make an album cover. Just always
thought it looked kind of cool.

18"x22"
Pencil. 1998
Another school project. It's
gotten kind of smudged, faded, and scratched up over the years, but
I still think it's pretty good. Based on a Schick razor ad.

24"x20"
Acrylics. 1998
This was painted from a
photo of a trailer in Kentucky. Those words are actually on it. You
can't make this stuff up. |

9"x11.5"
Pencil. 2003
Sketch done as part of a
project for a friend. The final piece was done in pastel chalks.
Seeing a little girl with a severed head and sword always makes me
smile. The originals were given away (that bitch!) and I don't have any copies, so
don't ask. |
